GREEK SALAD
Fresh mixed greens tossed in Greek dressing, topped with red onions, tomatoes, black olives and feta cheese.

Fresh mixed greens topped with turkey, ham, cheese, onions, eggs and fresh vegetables. 

CAESAR SALAD
Fresh romaine, parmesan cheese and croutons tossed in Caesar dressing. Add grilled chicken.

MISS ELLEN'S DELIGHT - This heart healthy signature dish honors Miss Ellen Smith's forty years of service.
A bed of green leaf lettuce topped with homemade tuna and chicken salads, served with fresh fruit of the season and a side of cottage cheese.

WRAPS

FLORENTINE WRAP                                 
Grilled chicken breast, sautéed mushrooms, bacon, onions and spinach, topped with a cream cheese sauce and wrapped in a spinach tortilla.  Served with chips.

CLUB WRAP                                 
Two crispy chicken strips, cheese, bacon, lettuce, and tomato topped with a mexi-ranch sauce, and wrapped in a tomato basil tortilla.  Served with chips. 

CHICKEN CAESAR WRAP

Grilled chicken breast smothered with bbq sauce, topped with bacon and cheddar cheese, served on sourdough toast with fries.

ITALIAN MELT
Ham, salami and pepperoni served warm with tomato, pepperoncinis and provel cheese on sourdough toast, served with a side of Italian dressing and fries.

CLASSIC CHARBROILED STEAKBURGER
A half pound of choice grade beef, grilled to your desired temperature with your choice of cheese, served with fries.  American, Swiss, Cheddar, Provel or Bleu Cheese.  Add the following for an additional charge: bacon, salsa, guacamole, sautèed onions or mushrooms.

Thinly sliced roast beef on a bed of field greens, topped with fire roasted red peppers, caramelized onions and finished with an herb cream cheese spread, served on marble rye bread with chips.
