APPETIZERS

CALAMARI
Tender strips of calamari, deep fried and served with mango cocktail sauce.

MEDITERRANEAN FLATBREAD
Grilled pita bread served with cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, Feta cheese, balsamic reduction and garlic spread.

ARTICHOKE HEARTS
Six breaded artichoke hearts, fried and served with marinara sauce.

WINGS
Eight jumbo wings tossed in buffalo dipping sauce and served with bleu cheese dressing.

BREADED ASPARAGUS
Hand breaded asparagus spears served with wasabi ranch dipping sauce.

SAFFRON ENCRUSTED SHRIMP
Six jumbo shrimp rolled in saffron rice, fried and served with mango chutney.

STUFFED PORTABELLA
A grilled portabella mushroom topped with succulent lump crab and melted provel cheese.

SALADS

BINGHAM'S TUSCAN SALAD
Fresh mixed greens with hearts of palm, artichoke hearts, red onions and parmesan cheese, tossed in our house vinaigrette.

CLASSIC CAESAR SALAD
Crisp romaine hearts tossed in Caesar dressing with parmesan cheese and croutons.

GREEK SALAD
Mixed greens topped with tomatoes, feta cheese, olives, pepperoncinis and tossed in a zesty Greek vinaigrette.

COBB SALAD
Romaine lettuce topped with diced cucumbers, tomatoes, eggs, bacon, red onions and bleu cheese crumbles.

HOUSE SALAD
Mixed field greens topped with tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions and croutons.

Dressings:  Homemade Buttermilk Ranch, Bleu Cheese, Peppery Parmesan, Ott's Fat Free French, Italian, Fat Free Raspberry Vinaigrette and Honey Dijon.


ENTREES

PRIME RIB
A generous cut of prime rib, seasoned with our signature blend of spices and slowly roasted daily.  Choose either petite or Bingham's.

PORTERHOUSE STEAK
Our local's favorite, thick 20 ounce choice New York strip and filet grilled to your specification.

STEAK OSCAR
Grilled 4 ounce twin medallions of beef tenderloin, topped with lump crab, asparagus and sauce bčarnaise. 

FILET MIGNON
8 ounces of our finest, most tender lean cut of beef wrapped with bacon and grilled to the temperature of your desire. 

KC STRIP
12 ounces of choice hand trimmed beef seasoned and grilled to your liking. 

CHICKEN OSCAR
6 ounce grilled chicken breast topped with lump crab, asparagus and sauce bčarnaise. 

CHICKEN CHURCHILL
Penne pasta tossed with broccoli, mushrooms and onions in a rich creamy sauce topped with a sautčed chicken breast and melted provel cheese. 

CHICKEN FLORENTINE
6 ounce chicken breast grilled, topped with sautčed bacon, spinach and mushrooms, then finished with a rich garlic cream sauce. 

FRENCH CUT PORK CHOP
12 ounce bone in pork chop grilled to perfection and topped with grilled pineapple and spicy mango chutney.

The above entrees are accompanied with oven fresh bread and served with home made soup du jour or house salad and your choice of baked potato, garlic mashed potatoes or risotto.

SEAFOOD & PASTA

MAHI MAHI
8 ounces of mahi grilled and topped with mango salsa and served on a bed of field greens.

SEAFOOD OSCAR
6 ounces of sautčed grouper topped with lump crab, asparagus and sauce bčarnaise.

ENCRUSTED SALMON
8 ounces of fresh Altantic salmon encrusted with bacon and horseradish served over potato lace cakes with goat cheese.

TORTILLA ENCRUSTED TILAPIA
Southwestern flavored tilapia encrusted in tortilla crumbs and pan seared to perfection.

SHRIMP SCAMPI
Eight jumbo shrimp sautčed in a rich garlic butter and wine sauce.

AHI TUNA
Sushi grade Ahi tuna lightly breaded, rolled in sesame seeds, seared medium rare and topped with soy ginger reduction.

All seafood entrees are accompanied with oven fresh bread, homemade soup du jour or house salad, and your choice of garlic mashed potatoes or risotto.

FETTUCCINE ALFREDO
Fettuccine tossed in a rich and creamy alfredo sauce.  Add chicken or jumbo shrimp.

PENNE TUTTA MARRE
Our twist on a classic tradition!  Penne noodles tossed with lump crab and four jumbo shrimp in a rich creamy sauce.

LINGUINE PRIMAVERA
Linguine sautčed with sun dried tomatoes, broccoli, red onions and mushrooms then tossed with your choice of herbed butter and white wine sauce or classic marinara.

SANDWICHES
All sandwiches are accompanied with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle, and French fries.

MAHI
A grilled mahi steak on a bed of field greens topped with lemon aioli and served on sourdough.

PRIME RIB SANDWICH
6 ounces of tender prime rib topped with melted provel cheese and served open faced on a grilled hoagie.

GROUPER
Hand breaded grouper filet topped with chipotle aioli and served on a toasted kaiser roll.

CLASSIC STEAKBURGER
A half pound of choice beef charbroiled to your liking and topped with American, Swiss or Cheddar cheese.  Additional toppings: grilled onions, bacon, sautčed mushrooms or bleu cheese crumbles.

SPICY CHICKEN
Grilled chicken breast seasoned with blackening spice, topped with provel cheese and served on a kaiser roll.  

 

DESSERT MENU


Relax after dinner with one of our sweet desserts or cordials.

HOMEMADE FRUIT COBBLER
Warm fruit in a sweet sauce topped with a crusty and flaky pastry.  Add ice cream.

RASPBERRY SWIRL CHEESECAKE
Philadelphia cream cheese and raspberries baked on a graham cracker crust and topped with sweet raspberry chutney.

CHOCOLATE TORTE
Layers of fudge, Bavarian cream and milk chocolate make this irresistible.
