GREEK SALAD

A generous cut of prime rib, seasoned with our signature blend
of spices and slowly roasted daily. Choose either petite
or Bingham's.
PORTERHOUSE STEAK
Our local's favorite, thick 20 ounce choice New York strip and
filet grilled to your specification.
STEAK OSCAR
Grilled 4 ounce twin medallions of beef tenderloin, topped
with lump crab, asparagus and sauce bčarnaise.
FILET MIGNON
8 ounces of our finest, most tender lean cut of beef wrapped
with bacon and grilled to the temperature of your
desire.
KC STRIP
12 ounces of choice hand trimmed beef seasoned and grilled to
your liking.
CHICKEN OSCAR
6 ounce grilled chicken breast topped with lump crab,
asparagus and sauce bčarnaise.
CHICKEN CHURCHILL
Penne pasta tossed with broccoli, mushrooms and onions in a
rich creamy sauce topped with a sautčed chicken breast and
melted provel cheese.
CHICKEN FLORENTINE
6 ounce chicken breast grilled, topped with sautčed bacon,
spinach and mushrooms, then finished with a rich garlic cream
sauce.
FRENCH CUT PORK CHOP
12 ounce bone in pork chop grilled to perfection and topped
with grilled pineapple and spicy mango chutney.

8 ounces of fresh Altantic salmon encrusted with bacon and
horseradish served over potato lace cakes with goat cheese.

Southwestern flavored tilapia encrusted in tortilla crumbs and

SANDWICHES
