Tender medallions of pork tenderloin topped with our won rosemary cream sauce, Chef’s choice vegetable and potato. 

Grilled Pork Fillet
Marinated pork loin filet, charbroiled and served with Chef’s vegetable and potato. 

Poached Salmon
Salmon poached to perfection and topped with a delicate sauce, served with rice and Chef’s choice vegetable.
